LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS RESIDING IN THE PHILIPPINES !!!
Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, EST/ 9:00pm - 5:00am, PHT
Salary Range : 1,250-1500 CAD/month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of commercial real estate agreements throughout the transaction cycle (circulating for signatures, external/internal distribution, coordination with couriers, etc.)
- Using a Salesforce based CRM as the primary tool to track and manage transaction volume.
- Updating & circulating client reports
- Maintain department files and records to ensure they are updated and well organized.
- Prepare commission invoices and input invoices received in internal tracking database.
- Track files to ensure tasks are being accomplished per a set timeline.
- Complete template forms, including authority to proceed documents, as required.
- Update document records
- Administrative support (opening new files, filing, faxing, etc.)
- Highly organized with ability to identify & adjust priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written, requiring professionalism, foresight, and tact
- Strong ability to follow procedures.
- Detail oriented with the ability to identify what is a value-add detail and what is immaterial.
- Proficiency with MS Office & Excel
- CRM software related experience, specifically Salesforce
- Knowledge of commercial real estate leases – an asset
