The position is responsible for accomplishing all artwork which translates into print, online and other promotional materials, in-house guest collaterals and colleague-related signage, among others. The position also ensures brand artwork compliance resulting in the correct brand image and experience for guests.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop design art work according to corporate standards and ensure optimum brand image for hotel collateral, advertisement and exposure.
- Design and produce props and decoration items for promotions and/or trade shows.
- Manage collateral printing and hotel merchandize in line with brand standards
- Assist in production of all displays and signage in the hotel public areas and seasonal / theme decorations
- Provide graphic design support to executives and HR team
- In charge of hotel facilities and promotional photoshoots
- Act as in-house photographer to take pictures for VIPs arrival, catering events and other key events happened in the hotel.
- Covers promotional events in the hotel and also be able to carry out basic photography work.
- Maintain an up-to-date image and collateral filing
- Responsible for updating of corporate image library
