Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of the company's technology strategy
- Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, policies and standards
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals
- Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems across the organization
- Develop and maintain cyber security and risk management protocols
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the technology team
- Align technology investments with business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role.
- Strong expertise in cloud computing, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
