Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive client success, with a focus on PPC and YouTube advertising.
- Lead and manage a team of paid media specialists and buyers, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to identify opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge and effective.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance to clients and leadership.
- Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximum results.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in paid media management, with a focus on PPC and YouTube advertising.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and others.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Google Ads and YouTube Ads certifications are a plus.

- Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 or above & Microsoft Office), and at least 10 Mbps internet speed.
- Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
