Reporting to the VP for Finance, the Finance Business Partner will work strategically with local and overseas business unit stakeholders creating active partnership with management , operations and support groups by providing financial insights and support to drive business growth and profitability. It is imperative to have an ability to communicate the message, to understand the audience and deliver the information in a clear and actionable manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business partnering: co-pilot with business and multi-functional team to provide end-to-end finance insights and support (in conjunction with other finance teams) on all finance areas
- Financial forecast and budget control: Lead budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial plans
- Business model and financial feasibility: Provide effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered.
- Governance: Initiates, coordinates and tracks financial processes improvements and ensures compliance with appropriate financial standards and best practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (knowledge on Finance/Accounting or related filed)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance business partnering roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
- Result-driven, ability to independently lead complex projects to achieve progress and quality
- Strong communication, and able to manage multi-functional teams.
- Skilled in Power BI and SQL tools
