Position: Paid Media Specialist
Working hours: Flexible Monday - Friday, but there should be a minimum overlap of four hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central time.
Holiday/s : US and/or PH Holidays
Salary Range: $1,500 - 2,000/month

Duties and responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms such as FB, Amazon, Tiktok Ads
- Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the paid media landscape.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ad targeting, placements, and creative assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and designers, to develop high-quality advertising materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
- Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of paid media campaigns and provide insights for future optimizations.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experienced in managing FB, Amazon, and Tiktok Ads
- Proficient in FB/Meta Ad Library and Google Sheets
- Experienced in Marketing Analysis
- Has interest in reading romance books is a plus
- Familiar to BookTalk (FB group) is a plus adjust
