Position: Virtual Assistant
Work Hours (Client): CST 8am - 4pm M-F
Pay Range: $ 800-1200/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
performs a variety of administrative tasks to support individuals or the client remotely. Specific duties may vary based on the needs of the employer, here are some common responsibilities of a Virtual Assistant:
- Answering questions from clients
- Address to client concerns
- Handle clients
- Project management
- Administrative tasks
- Email management, calendar management
- Scheduling appointments
- Research
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as project manager/VA (software development industry preferred)
- Has experience in using Tools: Google workspace, zoom, chat gpt (req)
- Experience with technical project management is a big plus
- Nice to have/ Preferred someone who is:
- Experienced using no-code tools like GlideApps.com, Zapier.com, Make.com, Notion
- Experienced using ChatGPT and other AI tools to generate content
- Experienced listening to clients requests and turning them in to app development requirements
- You are experienced leading meetings on your own in fluent english
