Position : Director of Sales & Support
Working Hours : 9am - 5PM M-F, Central Standard Time
Salary Range : $2500-$3500
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- 5-10 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in the customer support field, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding performance goals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Hubspot is required.
