Respond to and complete all internal and external customer requests and surveys pertaining to Littelfuse products.
Management of Global Environmental Product Information Databases (Littelfuse Business Center-Environmental Product Info Section, International Material Data System or IMDS)
- Collection of data for Littelfuse products from internal sources and from external suppliers
- Making general calculations and entering data into database as necessary
- Maintaining ICP lab reports, IPC Declarations, China RoHS Charts, Certificates of Restricted and Reportable Materials (CRRM’s) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS’s)
- Maintaining and sending MDS Modules in the IMDS system to appropriate customers
- Maintain master lists for all products identifying conformance to Rohs and Pb-Free Initiatives (ABU, ESBU, PGBU)
- Work with customers to implement corrective actions for non-conformities
Facilitate Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP) testing process for all Littelfuse products that require testing
Evaluate and make recommendations for compliance with environmental laws, regulations, directives and customer requirements pertaining to Littelfuse products.
