We are currently looking for a driven Business Operations Support Officer to join us remotely and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the company and create a working environment in which people thrive.

Role's Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including booking business trips, company calendar, organizing of events, and general administration (mailing, filing, etc.)
  • Procurement activities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement  of Administrative Operations processes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a technical field (IT, Engineering, etc...)
  • MSc in Business Administration will be considered a plus
  • 5-7 years of working experience in a relevant position
  • Proficient in using business software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated skill in enhancing operational efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships within a dynamic, international remote environment
