Travel + Leisure Global Support Services Philippines is seeking a talented Business Analyst with expertise in Compensation & Reporting to join our team. As a Business Analyst - Compensation & Reporting, you will play a key role in analyzing and managing our compensation programs, as well as providing reporting and insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual bonus calculations, converting raw data into required payments via MS Excel models for submission to payroll.
- Perform the issuing of bonus advices to relevant staff for the above calculations.
- Assist with the modelling of current & future bonus plans and assess financial implications in line with set targets. Participate in the design and management of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and bonus plans.
- Ongoing and proactive communication with a range of stakeholders across all hierarchy levels in multiple countries to explain calculation models, address ad hoc queries with confidence, clarify while maintaining confidentiality.
- Understand and monitor KPI's and underlying data and support the ongoing improvement of pay plans.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports, including key KPI's, variance analysis.
- Extract and review source data and resolve queries with relevant business stakeholders.
- Perform the calculation of month end accruals, prepare and review relevant journals for month end reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for compensation analysis and reporting. Provide ongoing support to the Financial Planning and Analysis Team.
- Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.

- Analyze compensation data and market trends to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Generate and maintain reports on compensation metrics, such as salary benchmarking, salary increase budgets, and employee performance.
- Develop and deliver presentations and recommendations to senior leadership based on compensation data.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems related to compensation.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support various business initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, or a related field
- CPA/ CA certified preferred
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with focus on compensation and reporting, with at least 5 years of work experience in the field of Compensation Analysis, Business Analysis and/or Management Accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of compensation practices, including salary analysis and benchmarking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
