Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM EST
Monday to Friday 10PM -6AM PHT
Salary Range: 800-1,200 usd/month

About the role:
Looking for someone who can help me source blockchain engineers for the talent marketplace I'm building. They should be smart, resourceful, used to startup life, and able to do technical talent recruiting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit software engineers through LinkedIn and other job portals
- Draft job descriptions
- Reach out to candidates, prescreening them, and conduct interview
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in recruiting software engineers
- Experience in using Linkedin Recruiter
- Exhibit great verbal and written communication skills
- Display enthusiasm for high-touch and responsive engagement with candidates
Bonus:
- Background/knowledge in Crypto industry
- Proficieny in using GitHub and Twitter is an advantage
