Position : Administrative and Social Media Assistant
Working Hours : 9:00AM-5:00PM Dublin, Ireland Time zone
Salary Range : 900-1500 USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and managing emails.
- Create, schedule, and maintain social media content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Work on our podcast, assist in content planning, editing and promoting across various social media platforms.
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments and requests on social media platforms.
- Assist other teams with administrative tasks as required.
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and related software applications.
- Experience in podcast production is an advantage.
- Must have a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work with Irish businesses.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
