As a Technical Recruitment Associate at BreederDAO, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our innovative projects and initiatives in the Play-to-Earn space. Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and requirements
- Source and attract highly skilled candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate candidate resumes and portfolios to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to assess candidates' technical skills and suitability for specific roles
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in software development, blockchain, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
