- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role
- Has advanced knowledge of Excel
- Has advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms for development
- Basic design skills for process and report layouts
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- General understanding of the financial services sector
