Core Functions:
- Responsible for auditing event compliance which includes validation of expenses such as Travel, Food, Audio Visual, Speaker payment and other Fees for policy compliance
- Facilitates cross-training and trains new hires on client specific protocols, SOP and audit parameters
- Facilitates internal calibration to ensure all team members are aligned on client SOP and procedures
- Maintains and updates audit and process documents
- Provides audit related and ADHOC reports
- Recommends process improvements
- Performs internal Quality Audit of output of Sub team members
- Conducts coaching and mentoring of Sub team members.
- Provides insights during stakeholder meetings
Core Qualities:
- Exceptional attention to detail. Highly organized and keeping close track of process changes and audit instructions.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fluid, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, prioritization, and communication skills
- Results driven and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Willing to report in graveyard shift
- Graduate of any finance, business-related course and/or with at least 1 year experience in the following:
- Compliance and Quality Auditor (Finance Account or Shared Services format)
- Travel and Expense Specialist
- Accounts Payable Specialist
- Amenable to work in Taguig
- Willing to work in Graveyard shift
