Salary: P160,000 to P200,000 (Monthly Package)
Shift: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM, AU VIC Time)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 5 years in Configuration Management Database – ideally Retail Industry exposure.
- IT Infrastructure technical experience specifically: ServiceNow Platform, experience in Correlating Data in ServiceNow Database, Store Solutions, Security and redundancy, Large scale, complex and distributed business environments.
- Expertise in Windows desktop and server technologies including Desktop Applications.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications.
Nice to Have:
- Relevant Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, Discover, service Mapping
- MCSA, RHCSA, OCP (Microsoft/RedHat/Oracle), CCNA or equivalent
- Print Technologies
- Remote Support
- SOE Design, development and deployment
- Mobility i.e. Blackberry, BES, IPhone, ActiveSync, Portable Data Terminals
- Microsoft Exchange, LANDESK (or equivalent), Active Directory
What will you do?
- The CMDB technical lead is the technical resource defining and owning the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) platform.
- Defining requirements and creating a CMDB blueprint. Ownership, maintenance and enhancement of technical platform and processes and all related documentation such as but not limited to service and data models.
- Selecting tools to support the configuration management process.
- Constructing, populating, federating, and automating the data into the CMDB, which includes both the data and process perspectives.
- Moving the CMDB into production.
- Facilitates Configuration Management audits. Reviews and approves all changes to the Configuration Management System infrastructure where applicable.
- Reviews and approves significant IT infrastructure changes to ensure impacts to configuration management data are properly addressed.
- Provides and approves all requirements, use cases, user stories, etc. in support of new or improving functionality of the Configuration Management System.
- Oversees the design, coding, and testing of reports as needed.
- Reviews and approves all requests for administrator log on credentials / access rights to the Configuration Management Tool (ServiceNow).
