Salary: P50,000 - P80,000 (Monthly Package)
Shift: Mid (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT)
What are we looking for?
Skills required:
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT Support Engineer role
- Skilled in supporting Microsoft Technologies (O365, Active Directory, Azure, etc.)
- Windows and/or Linux server administration experience, and virtual machines
- Networking Experience (Cisco, Mikrotik, Draytek)
- Storage and Backup
What will you do?
- The position available is to become a 1st or 2nd line IT support engineer.
- You will be predominately servicing client needs over the telephone or via remote control software.
- You will report to the helpdesk team leader and be responsible for managing your own ticket queue ensuring all support issues are dealt with professionally and within SLA.
