LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Virtual Assistant/ Social Media Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm CST (8pm-4am PHL)

Salary Range: 1000 - 1500 USD/month plus performance bonus (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)

We are a Dive Shop & Resort, where our guests become part of our extended family. With a focus on safety, we offer PADI Diving Certifications and Courses for all levels, ensuring a secure and enjoyable underwater experience. Our dive shop provides a comprehensive range of diving gear, resort essentials, and vacation conveniences. Indulge in the delightful offerings of our Pizza and Ice Cream Parlor, along with a variety of drinks and concessions. Choose from a range of accommodations, including RV lots, a bunkhouse, and a motel. Throughout the year, we host exciting events, from dive trips and underwater adventures to land lover parties. Most importantly, we guarantee a fun, relaxing, and fantastic time for all our guests. As we consistently look toward the future, we are dedicated to exploring potential renovations and additions that will elevate your vacation and diving experience to new heights. Your safety and the creation of amazing, memorable moments are our top priorities!

Responsibilities:

  • Send a daily morning wake-up message.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring personal goals.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage in social media management tasks.
  • Keep track of important dates, such as friends and family birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Purchase and send gifts using a virtual credit card for special occasions.
  • Design and create pamphlets for the dive shop.
  • Assist in managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with provided training.
  • Send out emailings and monitor incoming digital messages (DMs, emails, etc.).

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) or Virtual Assistant (VA) for a US-based company.
  • Proficiency in Gmail, spreadsheet apps, and Canva.
  • Fluent in English with strong spoken, written, and reading skills.
  • Swimming ability is a plus.
  • Creativity is a plus.
