- Receives training and perform duties assigned by Senior Executive Vice President
- May be assigned to explore operation in several department such as Finance, Client Services, Sales, Operation and IT
- Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phases of business
- Sets performance goals and objective with upper management
- Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers
- Observed experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for performance of departmental duties
- Consolidate and assist in analyzing of departments
**Monday-Friday 9 Hours shift - Makati Office
- Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Sales and Marketing or Technology such as E-Commerce and Industrial Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be an advantage
- With MBA's or equivalent post graduate degrees in the field is a preference, but not a requirement.
