As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and team members
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, documentation, and file management
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Conduct research and gather relevant information
- Assist in creating reports and presentations
- Experience in hospitality, personal or professional asst services, event planning/management
- At least B2 english- verbal and written
- No BPO experience required
