Position: Onboarding Coordinator
Working Hours : Some combination of weekdays and a weekend-day. Tuesday - Saturday is great but we're open if there is a different preferred schedule. The schedule is generally 9am-5pm MST but we are flexible to accommodate shorter shifts on weekends (e.g. 10am - 2pm)
Holidays : TBD (US or PH Holidays)
Salary Range: up to USD 1,200
About the Team
The Onboarding Coordinator is an integral part of the Onboarding team. The role will allow you to learn the property marketing process and other key support tasks that enable our Onboarding Specialists to meet their goals. Tasks may include managing and responding to emails, creating our rental listings, managing showing services, and troubleshooting 3rd party systems. Be ready to hone in on your process and task skills to keep our customers happy and the team well supported.
About the Role
The Onboarding Coordinator is an essential part of the Onboarding team. The Onboarding team works closely with the Leasing team and is focused on helping owners be successful in the leasing and marketing process. From marketing the property to providing product coaching and optimizing the owner’s marketing strategy, the Onboarding team is critical to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Support a wide range of work on our Onboarding team.
- Develop and post rental listings, also known as property marketing, to our web page.
- Set up showing services, pre-screening questions, and property access to ensure our customers can view our properties.
- Respond to phone, email, and ticket outreach for onboarding questions.
- Coordinate and communicate with property owners about the status of their property.
- Work closely with onboarding team members and cross-functional colleagues to complete necessary tasks.
- Manage a large and constantly changing pipeline of properties, while working closely with Onboarding Specialists to ensure all properties are marketed within established SLAs.

- High level of attention to detail to ensure all information related to property marketing is accounted for and no steps are missed in our processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and proven ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Strong ability to learn and utilize relevant software programs, including our CRM for pipeline management.
