What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal certification from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in using Clio Legal Software
- Knowledgeable in Real Estate Law and related regulations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with project management tools
What will you do?
- Conduct title searches and review property records.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds.
- Assist in the closing process, including organizing and coordinating closing documents.
- Manage and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with title companies and surveyors to resolve title issues.
- Assist attorneys in legal research and analysis.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and document management.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
