Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Salary Range: 1000-2500 USD/month
Schedule: Flexible working schedule but must meet most of EST working hours
Responsibilities
- Take business requirements and generate well-defined technical tasks for the Tech team
- Collaborate closely with the Tech team
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure proper tasking definition and prioritization
- Collaborate with leadership to create and update project roadmaps
- Track and report progress on a regular basis to key stakeholders.
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of Tech team while ensuring everyone is actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for the team required for specific projects or initiatives
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Previous experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred
- Knowledgeable in systems used in e-commerce such as but not limited to Shopify, Samcart, and others
- Excellent knowledge of servers and systems integration.
- Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in ecommerce web technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to deliver clear and concise messaging to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
