- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Customer Representative is required
- Must be proficient in using Adobe Acrobat and PDF to process documents
- Familiarity with MS Office applications such as MS Word and Excel is advantageous
- Prior experience in maintaining client records and documents is a plus
- Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment
