Responsibilities
- Work with IT and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes to support ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Lead ERP projects for the organization from pre-implementation planning to post-implementation support.
- Configure and customize the ERP system to fit the business's requirements and needs.
- Ensure that the ERP system is running smoothly, and solve any problems that arise quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure that the ERP system is in line with IT policies and procedures.
- Develop training and support materials for end-users for ongoing support and maintenance of the system.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify solutions to resolve technical issues.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with enterprise systems.
- Strong expertise with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and others.
- Excellent experience in project management, specifically leading ERP-related projects.
- Knowledge of IT policies and procedures.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work with international teams in different time zones.
