Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- Covering afterhours and creating login credentials to new staff
- Coordinating mostly via Email and updating the system regarding available shifts for nurses
- Handling general back-office tasks
- At least 6 months BPO experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Attention to detail is required
- Willing to work onsite in SHAW, MANDALUYONG
- Amenable working shifting schedules
