LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CANDIDATES AND PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES

Position: Virtual Assistant

Work Hours: Overlap between 9AM – 5PM Mountain and Eastern Time

Pay Range: $800 -$1200 per month

Workflow Management:

  • Assist in managing and optimizing the workflow for drone operations, ensuring that tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of drone missions.

Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Schedule, organize, and manage meetings, client calls, and other appointments using digital calendars for the CEO.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of services and address any scheduling conflicts.
  • Liaise with vendors, ensuring that all equipment and services are procured in a timely manner.

Email Management:

  • Monitor company email accounts, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries, vendor communications, and internal team correspondence.
  • Prioritize and categorize emails, flagging urgent communications for immediate attention.
  • Draft, edit, and send professional emails on behalf of the company.

Client & Vendor Relations:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring that their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update client and vendor databases, ensuring that all contact information, preferences, and notes are current.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for company operations as necessary.
  • Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned, such as data entry, file management, and research.

Minimum Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
    • Proficient in using digital tools and software, including Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
    • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

HIGHLY PREFERRED:

  • Desired CAD or GIS experience 
  • Desired Data / File Management experience
  • Familiarity with the drone industry
