JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for critical projects defined by the management team with responsibility to plan, lead, organize, and control the activities to meet objective.
- A master scheduler for engineering lots and other types that supports the BU projects, including but not limited to customer sample, PTC, qualification lots for wafer and assembly changes, and R&D evaluations in coordination with Corporate, Planning, Test Operation, and Engineering support.
- Coordinate and consolidate list of activities or projects from various project owners for purposes of tracking schedule and capturing real time updates and status.
- Creates a centralize project status tracking with clear comprehension on purpose of innovation.
- Focus in getting the project or activity to meet on-time delivery and help escalate to eliminate any roadblocks.
- Responsible in understanding the reasons for any project status that is off track and inform management team if a certain critical task or project is going behind the schedule for purposes of escalation.
- Coordinate any activities of the project(s) execution to stakeholders to ensure a clear path of execution of the project(s).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with experience in semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge in Project Management, Product Development, and Manufacturing processes for Probe test, Assembly, Final Test, Failure Analysis, and Reliability.
- Strong comprehension of Allegro products, packages, and its different processes
- Knowledgeable on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) operations, basic statistical methods, and Quality Core Tools.
