Position :  Bookkeeper

Salary Range :  USD 1000-1800 /month

Working Schedule :  M-F, flexible 8 working hours with 4-5 hours overlap with the client; MST timezone

ABOUT THE ROLE

We looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The bookkeeper will work closely with our team to create and analyze financial reports. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper's responsibilities are to record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Verify that transactions are recorded in Quickbooks, and Property Management software and uploaded into our document solution
  • Reconcile accounts in Quickbooks and Property Management Software
  • Invoice clients for work performed and post monthly property management fees
    Enter data, maintain records, and create and verify monthly P&Ls by property and business unit.
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll promptly
  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office (specifically excel)
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must have QuickBooks Knowledge
