Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager with a strong background in software engineering to lead our team of Full Stack Engineers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development, a proven track record of managing US client projects, and the leadership ability to deliver projects on time while mentoring developers and expanding the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full stack engineering team, ensuring all projects align with company goals and client expectations.
- Act as a technical lead, providing guidance and expertise in software development best practices.
- Liaise with US-based clients to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to guarantee on-time delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Mentor and support developers in their technical and professional development.
- Plan and implement strategies for team growth, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technologies and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to keep the team and technology stack up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on full stack technologies.
- At least 5 years in a leadership or management role within a technical team.
- Previous experience working directly with US clients and understanding their business culture.
- A strong portfolio of successfully managed projects, showcasing on-time delivery.
- Proficient in modern software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Experience in mentoring and growing a team of developers.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work during US time zones to support internal business users.
