Mon - Thu - Booking.com office (Makati)
Fri - CWPH HQ (or as per advice) (BGC, Taguig)
Responsibilities
1. Client-facing demand management
• Daily operations
• Logistics: external storage and courier
• Physical post & legal mail process (work with responsible OM)
2. Deliver & Manage facility management vendor services
• Soft services e.g., cleaning, catering (pantry / non-lunch solution, in-office lunch catering)
• Hard services e.g., planned preventative maintenance including physical security & access control and reactive day-to-day office maintenance requests
• Reception and Hospitality services
• Sustainability, support the company’s strategy of becoming the world’s most sustainable travel company by delivering sustainable offices e.g., office sustainability badge process; manage annual data collection of energy consumption per office location
3. Handling of ESC tickets related to FM support
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with any relevant courses e.g., office management.
• Good at Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word required.
• Experienced in working in facilities and events management environments preferred
• Good communication skills (English)
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
