Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled ELV Facilities Engineer with expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, with a specific focus on BMS and CCTV systems. You will work closely with clients in the luxury sector to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in ELV facilities engineering, along with your luxury industry experience, will contribute to the success of projects and the overall growth of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ELV facilities engineering, with a focus on BMS and CCTV systems
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems
- Luxury industry experience is highly preferred
- Experience in ELV system design, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for ELV system design and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients and stakeholders
