- Document and organize findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with legal teams to gather and analyze information.
- Stay updated on current social media trends and tools.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Provide regular reports and updates on findings.
- Great phone communication to retrieve additional information as needed.
- Experienced in hubspot and google sheets to track workflow and data input.
- Assist in developing strategies based on findings to support legal cases.

- Strong research skills, including proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis techniques, and information retrieval.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey research findings effectively to diverse audiences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies for data analysis, statistical analysis, and report writing.
- Previous experience in research, investigative work, or related fields may be advantageous.
- Willing to work in Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time
- With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
