Salary: P60,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • With customer support experience
  • Sales background (upselling etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in the fabric/textile industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in creating personalized message/email/calls – needs to have a personal connection with customers not just following a specific template or script.
  • Knowledge of any ticketing tools (Halo, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Self-reliant
  • Great sense of accountability
  • Evoke a sense of trustworthiness.
  • Tech savy – someone that can easily pick up any tools or software.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Worked with UK clients/customers.

 

What will you do?

  • To provide a personable and efficient, professional customer service.
  • Maximise, with the support of your manager all sales opportunities.
  • Ensure that customer payments are made on time, accurately recorded and securely processed.
  • Dealing with customer complaints in a sympathetic manner.
  • Answer customer queries in a timely, professional yet personalised manner advising and assisting the customer of the status of their order, providing advice on fabric selection and quantities required and taking sample requests.
  • Chasing suppliers as necessary and updating customers.
  • Providing made to measure quotes for our bespoke curtain and blind options to customers.
  • Liaising with our courier company, sorting out delivery queries.
  • Work closely with your counterpart to ensure that the phone/email/live chat is always monitored during periods of absence and is never left unattended during normal working hours.
  • Always ensure good communications with team members.
  • Always carry out responsibilities / duties to the highest possible standard.
  • To always observe company policies and procedures.
  • To carry out any other duties, which may reasonably be required from time to time.
  • To cover, as required, staffing in other company’s branch.
