Finance Transformation & Automation Team seeking a highly motivated Specialist to help lead and execute key initiatives for Finance, reporting to the Transformation & Automation Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and advise potential areas of automation, providing insights from a technical perspective
- Ideate automation steps and workflows in establishing the proposed process
- Build automation workflows, perform unit testing and driving user acceptance testing, ensuring quality outputs
- Co-drive the planning, executive and monitoring of automation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Central Automation teams, Local Finance teams and other departments to obtain buy in and define prioritization, project objectives, scope, deliverables and success criteria
- Identify risks or blockers and escalate in a timely manner with proposed alternatives, in ensuring successful project execution
- Conduct hypercare to assess implementation and resolve critical issues in a timely manner
- Support the exploration into new systems, technologies and assess applicability to teams/ processes
- Ensure proper documentation of projects rolled out
