Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management: Monitor all incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness. Ensure timely payment of invoices, maintaining close communication with vendors and internal departments. Monthly Accruals: Assist with the preparation of monthly accruals, ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded in accordance with financial reporting standards. Purchase Order Creation: Help in generating purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints. Liaise with various departments to gather necessary information for PO creation. IT Purchases: Manage and facilitate small miscellaneous IT purchases, coordinating with the IT department to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documentation. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • X years of experience in a finance or procurement role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
