As a Fire Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections of buildings and facilities to ensure compliance with fire safety codes and regulations. Your knowledge and expertise in fire prevention and safety measures will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for occupants.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and premises to ensure compliance with fire safety codes and regulations
- Identify potential fire hazards and recommend appropriate measures for mitigation
- Review construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with fire safety requirements
- Conduct fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises to test the effectiveness of fire safety plans
- Provide guidance and assistance to building owners, occupants, and stakeholders on fire prevention and safety measures
- Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fire safety codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with fire departments and other relevant authorities as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in fire safety or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Fire Inspector
- Certification in NFPA Fire inspector #1031.
- Thorough knowledge of fire safety codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential fire hazards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to various locations for inspections
