The Data Platforms & Analytics team is looking for a committed and competent Technical Business Analyst to carry out requirement analysis, solution design and parameterization activities on data warehousing and document archiving domains. You'll be part of an Agile team that implement high quality, standardized solutions for Swiss Banks, and also provide Application Maintenance Services (third level support) to our existing customers base. We work closely together and with other teams, therefore we are looking for a new colleague who – in addition to being independent – also enjoys collaborating with others!
Your key tasks
- Requirement analysis and creation of specifications together with software developers, partners, and customers
- Agree on the solution and support the customer regarding the customization possibilities as well as regarding their change requests
- Follow and support the end-to-end solution, including know-how transfer to the teams who run the solutions for our customers
- Participate in customer implementation projects
