Get to know the Role:
As part of Regional GrabAds Self-Serve Business’ Strategy & Planning team, you will drive various regional business development initiatives and develop project plans to drive self-serve business growth. Promote and deliver self-serve marketing services to Grab’s ecosystem participants. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify compelling marketing solutions for broad merchants adoption.
An ideal candidate will embody a strategic business mindset and analytical. Enjoy exploring ideas with internal function stakeholders. Understanding business levers and how to piece critical drivers together to grow business. The candidate will also enjoy challenging the status quo, chasing results, diving deep into troubleshooting and working with their peers to share solutions and raise the bar for the entire team. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for monetization, focusing on building self-serve business’ revenue growth.
- Identify and develop monetization strategies for Grab’s growing products by collaborating with key stakeholders across business vertical functions.
- Develop and optimize monetization processes and policies as the business expands
- Drive and facilitate cross-functional collaboration for strategic business initiatives and projects from ideation to implementation, including but not limited to corporate strategic project, new self-serve business opportunities, etc. initiatives
- Enable cross organization and country buy-in, including sales, ops, customer support etc. to align internal and external facing process
- Manage key project plans including development of project workstreams, action items, timelines and deliverables with internal and cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze and identify key business challenges for each key project through data analysis to derive insights and potential solutions for business impacts
- Internal coordination for internal and cross-team communications to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration
- Support regular business reporting and updates such as quarterly reviews, bi-annual reviews, etc.
