Duties and Responsibilities:
Looking for someone with a stronger background and can assist in multiple departments.
- Marketing:
- Assist VP of Marketing
- Basic Graphic design and administrative assistance: experience in Canva
- Email newsletters help (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Assisting social media manager with basic requests
- Excel
- Create general spreadsheets with assistance from the accounting and marketing department.
- Contact list updates, etc
- Architecture & Construction
- We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Virtual Assistant to oversee the management of Clark County building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections, as well as permit expiration dates.
- Candidates will collaborate closely with Construction Managers to ensure timely inspections, facilitate extension requests when necessary, and handle correspondence with Clark County authorities.
- The role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Assisting Permit Coordinator with administrative tasks (spreadsheets. Etc)
- Assist construction team with organizational help
- Software that is used, but not a requirement to know: Procore, BuildPro, sage
- Internal Reporting
- Monthly investor and company newsletter
- Material sourcing via Alibaba occasionally
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- knows how to create graphs in excel.
- Photoshop experience would be a PLUS
- Having general knowledge or experience in the homebuilding industry
