Position: Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible with a minimum of 4 hours overlapping with (EST) timezone. The schedule may be adjusted according to the client's needs.
Salary Range: USD 1000 - USD 1800 per month
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The company is seeking a Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will excel in basic bookkeeping tasks while also providing support in various administrative functions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. While experience in e-commerce and financial modeling is a plus, it is not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial record-keeping.
- Manage appointments and schedules for various vendors, ensuring timely coordination.
- Conduct research on real estate and cost-related matters to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate schedules and facilitate communication between team members and external stakeholders.
- Devote approximately 15-20 hours per week to bookkeeping tasks and allocate the remaining time to providing administrative support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Office 365, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Online.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Experience in e-commerce operations and financial modeling.
DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 50mbps internet speed
- Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
