Role and Responsibilities:
As an Infrastructure Specialist in the Cloud Platforms team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and ensure efficient and effective cloud operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions
- Managing and supporting cloud-based environments, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS)
- Ensuring the security and high availability of cloud platforms
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance and capacity of cloud infrastructure
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud best practices and standards
- Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools, such as Terraform or Ansible
- Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies in cloud environments
- Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Must have:
- Admin task and troubleshoot for L3 Switch & Next Gen Firewall (F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Load balancing
- CISCO training or certification
Good to have:
- Cloud certifications, AWS Cloud Networking
- Router
- SSL Cert renewal
- ITIL Practice
