Core Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to gauge their success within the process and address any concerns.
  • Maintain and update the database, ensuring accuracy and organization of client information.
  • Respond to emails and text messages promptly and professionally.
  • Confirm meeting times and dates, ensuring schedules are coordinated efficiently.
  • Schedule specific stages of the program for individual clients.
  • Communicate with prospects and provide relevant information about the program.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on Facebook.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a neutral accent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
