Position : Utilities Specialist
Working Hours : 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM M-F, EST
Salary Range : $1350
Holiday : Regular US Holidays
Job Responsibilities:
- Process Invoices from Invoice inbox
- Downloading Invoices from site, entering them in the accounting system. Selecting and cutting checks, printing confirmations
- Process payments for utilities using credit cards on the site
- Verify tenants’ payments from landlord payment using the excel sheet on share point to make payments for FPL and Water Utility companies for GDF
- Handle Tenants queries concerning utility bill payments
- Making payments for COMCAST Bills
- Making payments for Invoices received from LJ Ross if outstanding
- Emailing Tenants with high or overdue amounts on utilities to ensure collections
- Ensuring all invoices about that month are entered promptly and voiding and making necessary corrections at month-end close
- Preparing a report showing using of utilities monthly
- Has 2+ years of experience in the same role
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools, Google Workspace and any accounting software.
