Account specific roles and responsibilities
- Conducting daily audits on the driver and pharmacy using a client-based tool and google sheets
- Ensuring that any discrepancies on the report will be reported on time and accurately
- Communicating with the client and third-party application provider for any routes or delivery issues
- At least 6 months Back Office/Data Entry experience or similar
- Proficient in using MS Excel/Google Sheets
- BPO experience is a PLUS
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work night shift
- Amenable working on site in MAKATI
