- Implement demo trials on time to generate “Reasons to believe” to support Syngenta recommendations.
- Provide technical expertise/training to marketing, sales, regulatory, and Field Promoters
- Provide technical support to the sales team in their demonstration areas SBS, and field day activities.
- Implement the commercial demos ESPs to support the BTL activities.
- Lead the Digital project of TMD.
- Will also work hand in hand with the Commercial team’s in the zone to support commercial success aspirations
- Timely retrieval of highly qualified data from trials to support robust decisions.
- Together with the Commercial team, will serve as subject matter resource for the crop protection products in the Business Zone
- Will also implement relevant Agronomy services whenever needed.
