- Ensure knowledge of all current rate offer for the Raffles & Fairmont Makati
- Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers
- Processes all reservations, booking, changes and cancellations on Opera in a timely manner
- Implements revenue management strategies through upselling
