We are looking for an Associate, O2C Service Delivery to join our growing team in Finance!
Responsibilities
Support APAC market.
Assist on executing daily, weekly, and monthly billing and invoicing and payments.
Reconcile billing and payment discrepancies and ensuring data validity, accuracy, and completeness.
Review and upload additional charges to contract partners.
Billing team point person for vendor escalations.
Support on month end closing activities.
Proactively engage and collaborate with local & regional teams to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality
Participate in further improvement and optimization of processes
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Be able to train team members
Ensure that team's action items are resolved within SLA
