Position: Content Marketing Specialist
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible hours, must have an overlapping schedule of 4 hours (CST)
Salary Range: USD 900- USD 1500 per month

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals and sales cycles.
- Create high-quality, engaging content tailored for ATS providers and their sales teams, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather insights and translate technical features into compelling marketing messages.
- Monitor content performance and iterate strategies based on analytics and feedback to maximize engagement and lead generation.
- Ensure all content reflects Hireport’s brand voice and meets the industry’s highest standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, with a preference for backgrounds in HR tech or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in Canva is required; familiarity with LinkedIn and HubSpot is preferred.
- Strong ability to plan, create, and oversee content with a strategic mindset.
- Experience managing content calendars and aligning content initiatives with sales objectives.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems and video production tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 50mbps internet speed
- Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
